At Parin Frozen Foods, we prioritize quality, hygiene, and freshness in every product we deliver. Due to the nature of our products, we follow a strict No Refund and No Return Policy.
Perishable Products
All our products, including Alphonso Mango Pulp, Kesar Mango Pulp, Custard Apple Pulp, Jamun Pulp, Passion Fruit Pulp, and Strawberry Pulp, are frozen and perishable food items. Once delivered, these products cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
No Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds for any orders once they have been confirmed, processed, and delivered. This policy helps us maintain strict food safety, hygiene standards, and quality control.
No Return Policy
Returns are not accepted due to the frozen and consumable nature of our products. Products once delivered cannot be taken back, resold, or reused.
Order Confirmation
Customers are requested to review all order details carefully before placing an order. Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.
Delivery Acceptance
Please inspect the package at the time of delivery. By accepting the delivery, the customer acknowledges that the product has been received in good condition.
Exceptions
In rare cases where a product is damaged during transit or an incorrect product is delivered, Parin Frozen Foods may review the issue on a case-by-case basis. Such concerns must be reported within 24 hours of delivery along with photo or video proof. Resolution, if any, will be at the sole discretion of Parin Frozen Foods.
