Damaged or Wrong Product
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, you must provide an unboxing/opening video as evidence.
The video should clearly show:
- The package before opening.
- The package being opened continuously.
- The product and any visible damage or discrepancy.
- The shipping label/order details on the package.
An unboxing video is mandatory for us to verify the issue. If you do not provide valid video evidence, we will not be liable for initiating a return, replacement, or refund.
